I am a warm and empathetic psychologist who is passionate about empowering you to create a positive change in your life. I can help you identify and address barriers standing in your way so you can steer your life in the direction you want it to go. I aim to create a safe and collaborative therapeutic environment where you can feel heard and supported providing you with the opportunity for personal growth and improved wellbeing.

I believe that my role as a psychologist is to walk alongside you while helping you navigate difficult emotions and experiences. As part of this process, I can help you gain new perspectives and a better understanding of yourself and your difficulties, and work together to develop more effective ways of responding and being. I hope to offer clients the space to go deeper and explore the emotions and unmet needs underlying their issues so they can experience healing beyond just coping with symptoms. I look forward to getting to know you and to support you in your unique journey to create the life you desire.

My Approach

I do not take a "one size fits all" approach with my clients as I believe that each individual is unique in their own experiences and difficulties. Therefore, I adopt a flexible therapeutic style that caters to the unique needs of every individual meeting each client where they are at.

I work with clients from all walks of life and have a strength in working across different cultures.

In my practice, I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including:
Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing.
