Hi, I'm Martin

I am a psychologist who has over 15 years of experience across the mental health and disability sectors. I completed my university studies back in the UK and have recently been able to update my qualifications to enable me to practice as a psychologist here in Australia.

I am originally from Scotland and moved to Australia in 2013. Since commencing my studies back in 1998, I have been a dedicated employee across a range of workplaces, always with the focus on helping people who need support, and assisting them in trying to improve their lives. Despite the great tools and opportunities that we have access to in the world of today, I fully understand the challenges that we face in an ever evolving society and try to assist clients in overcoming issues from the past, becoming more comfortable with the present, and creating an exciting adventure for the future.

My Approach

I have a warm and genuine approach and understand the courage required to access therapy. I take great satisfaction from finding out about the client's journey and use a range of evidence based approaches to empower people to move forward in their lives. I love what I do and have a huge passion for helping people whilst acknowledging what a privilege it is to learn about their lives.
