Getting Started.

We’ve done our best to make the booking process as streamlined as possible. Our psychology ecosystem has been designed to provide all your needs in one place.
1
Unlock medicare rebates (optional)

To access medicare benefits to reduce the out-of-pocket cost per session after rebates you will need a referral letter and Mental Health Treatment Plan (often called a MHCP or MHTP) from your GP. Book a longer appointment with your GP to allow time to address your concerns and process your mental healthcare plan. In some circumstances, you might be able to get up to 10 rebated psychology sessions per calendar year.

What's a MHTP? Read our Mental Health Treatment Plan page.

2
Find the right psychologist.

Browse our psychologists to find the right clinician for your needs and use our filters to refine your search with more criteria such as availability, topics of interest, gender and much more. You could also use our matching tool to find the best match for your needs and schedule after answering a few questions.

3
Book your session.

Scheduling is quick and easy. Once you have selected your desired psychologist and session time, simply follow the steps to book and create your account. If you are accessing medicare rebates with an MHTP & referral you will be prompted to upload these documents in your booking process. Please keep in mind you will pay the full private fee upon completing your session and claims will be processed on your behalf within 2-5 days.

4
Put your session advice into action.

After your session, your psychologist will provide a summary and suggested course of action which will appear on your session log, alongside a graphical representation of your psychological distress over time (DASS-21 score). These resources are available to help you make progress in between sessions.
