Hi, I'm Dian

With more than 15 years’ experience as a clinician, I provide compassionate, ethical, and professional psychological support that is tailored to each person’s unique needs. I see healing as a journey—one that takes courage, patience, and genuine connection—and I walk alongside my clients with empathy, respecting their pace and readiness for change.

Over the years, I’ve worked in private practice, organisational psychology, schools, and aged care, supporting children, teens, adults, older adults, and people with special needs, including those from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. These experiences have given me a broad and rich perspective on the many ways people face and overcome challenges. My practice is inclusive and committed to making quality mental health care accessible to all.

I support clients facing a wide range of challenges, including:
 Anxiety and panic attacks,
 Depression,
 Social withdrawal and avoidance,
 Adjustment difficulties and life transitions,
 Mood dysregulation,
 ADHD and behavioural concerns,
 Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD),
 Support during pregnancy, as well as antenatal and postnatal emotional wellbeing,
 Low motivation and self-esteem,
 Resilience-building and confidence,
 Academic and learning difficulties,
 Procrastination and perfectionism,
 Relationships, attachment, and interpersonal issues,
 Peer conflict and bullying,
 Cultural and social adjustment,
 Parenting stress and guidance,
 Somatic symptoms and negative thought patterns.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centred, underpinned by evidence-based frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Mindfulness. I am also trained in parenting programmes including Triple P, Nurtured Heart, and 123 Magic Parenting.

Counselling can be provided both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

I wear a few different hats in life—psychologist, wife, mum—but at the heart of it all, I just love creating, exploring, and connecting. You’ll often find me lost in a diamond painting project, splashing away in the pool, jotting down thoughts in my journal, or getting crafty with something new. Travel is my happy place—wandering through new streets, tasting local flavours, and soaking up the beauty (and stories) of different cultures fills me with pure joy. I’ve got a soft spot for learning languages too — it feels like unlocking little doors to new worlds. Giving back is just as important to me, and I treasure chances to make a difference in my community. To me, life’s like a patchwork quilt of big adventures and small joys, stitched together with curiosity, kindness, and a love of discovery.

My Approach

We all experience moments where our choices don't align with our happiness, or when the weight of the past feels overwhelming. It’s in these times that having someone to confide in makes all the difference. While strength and resilience carry us far, sharing the journey can lighten the load. If you're reading this, you’re ready to take that step toward professional support. So let's embark on this journey together — addressing your challenges, both past and present, and building steps towards a more fulfilling life.
"Learn from your mistakes, focus on your growth. Let's explore your next chapter and take steps toward a more fulfilling life." ~~~ Warm regards, Dian.

P.S. After-hours sessions are offered under exceptional circumstances and on a case-by-case basis. Should you require an after-hours appointment, please discuss this directly with me.
