Hi, I'm Lindsay

I am passionate about offering a warm and supportive space for individuals to be heard and understood and believe in supporting individuals to develop the skills to become their own psychologist.

I am experienced supporting children, youth, adults and older adults with mental health difficulties and have worked with a variety of individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, work-related stress, emotion regulation difficulties, suicidal ideation, parenting challenges and ongoing Covid-19 related difficulties in a variety of settings including hospitals, private practice, universities and research centres.

I am also skilled in working with children, youth and their families in the treatment of behavioural difficulties such as oppositional defiant disorder and conduct disorder.

I am an empathetic and friendly psychologist who draws upon my research experience and ongoing professional development to provide evidence-based treatment.
