Hi, I'm William

I bring a modern, gentle approach to care as a registered psychologist. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients while specialising in stress management, burnout, depression, and trauma. I've found best practice comes from an empathetic, patient approach, with dynamic, integrated support. I'm passionate about supporting adults, teens, and their families to feel empowered realising their potential. While developing into healthy, happy, and unique individuals. We can all find ourselves swimming against a current and greatly benefit from genuine support to reach the shore.

As a psychologist, I bring a unique perspective to support. I value determination, compassion, and lifelong learning, tenets which have personally impacted my life. I take great joy in personal development and expanding wellbeing frontiers. I know firsthand the impact effective, evidence-based support, based on compassion can have. Through my role, I have had the privilege of supporting clients from a range of backgrounds. Across several areas including government, workplace rehabilitation, NDIS, workers' compensation, employee assistance, critical incident response, and finally private practice. I am excited to expand my practice to support clients with long-term integrated support.

My Approach

Support is tailored collaboratively from evidence-based approaches including CBT, Schema Therapy, ACT, and EMDR. Approaches shown to help. My lifelong curiosity has motivated me to continue building this contemporary skillset from leading therapy perspectives. I endeavor to use curiosity and experience, to go beyond standard care and build meaningful change.
