Hi, I'm Amanda

My approach is grounded in the understanding that every small step towards self-awareness can spark significant personal growth. Having navigated my own journey of self-discovery and healing, I understand the courage it takes to seek help and the profound impact of compassionate support.
I am dedicated to creating a nurturing and empathetic space where you feel empowered to delve into your experiences and build resilience. My own experiences have taught me that healing is not a linear path but a deeply personal and unique process. This understanding shapes my commitment to support you in discovering your inner strength and fostering a sense of well-being that is both profound and enduring.
By prioritising self-compassion, I help individuals navigate their journeys with kindness and understanding. I believe in the power of small steps and the importance of celebrating each milestone along the way. Together, we will work towards your goals, honouring your pace and your story.

I specialise in trauma therapy and offer support for depression, anxiety, and neurodivergence-related challenges. My services are tailored to meet each individual's unique needs, providing a personalised approach to therapy that promotes healing and growth.

My Approach

My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I work collaboratively with clients to create personalised treatment plans that foster healing and resilience.
In addition to individual therapy, I work with family members who have a loved one with an addiction through the Family Empowerment Program (FEP), providing specialised support and guidance to help them navigate their unique challenges.
By incorporating self-compassion and using these approaches, I aim to empower you to participate in your healing process and promote lasting change.
