How do I book a session?

Existing clients can book directly from their online dashboard. New clients can use our Get Matched tool to find a suitable psychologist, then follow the prompts to book a time through their calendar. For more details, see How to Book Your First Session.

How do I access my session?

To join your My Mirror online therapy session, log in at www.mymirror.com.au. Complete your DASS21 score via the link in your email. When it’s time for your session, click "Start Session." Allow access to your camera and microphone when prompted. If your psychologist hasn’t joined yet, you’ll be in a virtual waiting room until they arrive. How many Medicare sessions do I get per year?

To access Medicare rebates, you must upload your GP referral letter before your first session. Once you have a valid referral, a Mental Health Care Plan, and your Medicare card, a portion of the online psychology service fees will be reimbursed through Medicare rebates.

Eligible clients can receive up to 10 reduced-cost therapy sessions per calendar year, meaning you only pay the gap fee. Visit our pricing page for more details.

Can I claim my session through Medicare?
