Hi, I'm Emily

As an experienced and friendly Psychologist, I bring a compassionate, thoughtful and practical approach to my work. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them better understand themselves and to develop personalised interventions to facilitate healthy growth and change.

I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including young people 16+ years and adults. I've worked extensively in private practice, hospital settings in individual & group therapy, and workplace wellbeing in corporate organisations. I have a passion for working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, body image concerns, fertility issues, pregnancy, grief & loss, and parental burnout. I also have a particular interest in the brain-gut connection including working with individuals experiencing gut-related issues such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

My Approach

Working collaboratively with my clients to help them better understand themselves and to develop strategies to facilitate healthy growth and change, I utilise a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
