I’m a registered psychologist with a passion for helping people create meaningful change in their lives. My professional journey began in Brazil, where I earned an Honours degree in Psychology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. I later completed postgraduate studies in Positive Psychology and pursued additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I am currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
In therapy, I offer a safe and compassionate space for clients to express themselves freely and without judgment. I believe in the power of human connection and use a collaborative, tailored approach to help clients navigate life’s challenges. My style is warm, attentive, and flexible—supporting each person in finding their own path to healing and self-discovery.
I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan, supporting them through stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity issues, trauma, and relationship challenges. I understand that each person’s journey is unique, and I strive to meet you where you are, working together to develop goals and strategies that support your mental and emotional well-being.
