Welcome, and thank you for being here. I’m a registered psychologist offering a warm, respectful space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals. Using evidence-based approaches such as mindfulness and self-compassion, we work together to support meaningful, sustainable change and improve your overall well-being.

I have a strong interest in supporting people to improve their quality of life. I hold an Honours degree in Psychology and have completed postgraduate studies in Positive Psychology, alongside further training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.

I aim to create a space where clients feel comfortable to express themselves openly and without judgment. My work is grounded in genuine human connection and guided by a collaborative, flexible approach that responds to each person’s needs and circumstances.

I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan, supporting concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I recognize that each person’s experience is unique, and I focus on understanding your perspective while working together to identify helpful goals and strategies.

I integrate evidence-based therapies, including CBT, Schema Therapy, psychodynamic principles, and positive psychology.
