As a psychologist, I see my role as a witness and guide through your journey, offering support during challenging moments while facilitating insight into your thought and behavior patterns. Central to my practice is exploring the underlying reasons behind these patterns, their persistence, and your aspirations for change. I integrate an awareness of bodily sensations, thoughts, emotions, and actions.

I have had experience working in acute mental health setting in psychiatric hospitals, as well as private practice.

My Approach

I place great importance on establishing strong connections to aid individuals and their families in addressing various psychological issues across a spectrum of severity. My primary focus is on individuals between the ages of 15 and 35.

In my practice, I adopt an approach informed by mindfulness, attachment theory, and trauma awareness. I predominantly integrate elements of schema therapy and psychodynamic therapy, as well as principles from Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) into my treatment strategies.

My prior professional background involves assisting children and young adults grappling with persistent and severe mental health challenges. These include complex trauma, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, behavioural difficulties, and personality vulnerabilities.
