Hi, I'm Le-Anne

Welcome to my profile!

I'm a General Psychologist with experience working across the lifespan. I provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults, and have a special interest in domestic violence, grief, parenting support, workplace concerns, relationships and trauma and stressor-related disorders.

My aim in therapy is to create a non-judgmental space where people can feel comfortable to explore concerns that are most challenging for them and understand the origins of their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration, allowing you to feel heard and understood as we work towards goals that allow you to have a more fulfilling life.

I draw on several evidence-based therapeutic interventions to develop a tailored treatment plan that considers your individual needs. Some of the interventions include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy (TF-CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) skills.

With experience spanning the National Disability Insurance Scheme, Employee Assistance Programs, and rehabilitation, I find joy in connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

I look forward to meeting with you and understanding how I can best support you.
