I offer confidential, non-judgmental support for workplace and personal challenges including stress, anxiety, depression, anger, or burnout using evidence-based therapies, with flexible sessions that fit around your schedule.

As a Registered Psychologist, I’m committed to supporting individuals through a wide range of personal and workplace-related challenges. These may include stress, burnout, anger, psychological injuries, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use. I offer flexible after-hours telehealth appointments so you can access support at a time that suits you.

My practice is grounded in providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard. I bring a warm, empathic, and down-to-earth approach to every session, working with you to explore what’s going on and what matters to you. Whether you're navigating workplace stress, struggling with emotional well being, or adjusting after an injury, I’m here to listen and help you take meaningful steps forward.

I have experience working with individuals across diverse settings, including employee assistance programs, workers' compensation, disability employment services, and veteran support services. This has given me insight into the unique pressures employees face, including the challenges of returning to work, maintaining work-life balance, or managing ongoing mental health concerns while working.

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel heard and supported. I draw on evidence-based methods to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and to develop practical strategies for change. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, supportive counselling, and relaxation techniques.
