Hi, I'm Natalia

I'm Natalia (she/her), a neurodivergent psychologist and Clinical Registrar with a deep passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan. I take a neurodiversity-affirming approach and am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for my clients.

Originally from Eastern Europe, I’ve lived in Australia for over 15 years, where I completed my psychology training and clinical work. My background forms my interpersonal style, and my communication style tends to be although genuine and warm but at times direct and literal. I mention this as it may be helpful for potential clients to know before we begin working together.

Whether you’ve already been diagnosed with Autism or ADHD, or you’ve simply always felt "on a wrong planet" and are just beginning your self-discovery journey, I’m here to support you in searching answers and making sense of your experiences.

While I am passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals, my clinical interests extend to working with adolescents, couples, trauma survivors, people with disabilities, and clients from diverse cultural and identity backgrounds—including those from CALD and LGBTQIA+ communities.

In short, I am deeply committed to supporting those who feel they don’t quite “fit in.” I help clients—whether neurodivergent or neurotypical—navigate the balance between belonging and authenticity. My goal is to empower each person to discover their strengths, deepen their self-understanding, and move toward greater self-acceptance and pride in their unique identity.

I’m also deeply passionate about fostering connection—bringing people together, helping them communicate more openly, and supporting them in truly hearing and understanding one another.

My Approach

My therapeutic style is collaborative and goal-oriented, guided by a growth mindset. Clients who are motivated to set clear goals and work steadily toward mindful growth, often find this approach effective. I draw from a diverse toolkit of evidence-based strategies and take pride in tailoring interventions to suit each client’s unique needs and preferences.
I am trained in EMDR and have experience working with clients with trauma, including childhood trauma, relational trauma, work accidents, first responders, etc.
