Hi, I’m Ravina!
I’m a psychologist with over 20 years of experience supporting people through life’s many twists and turns. I’ve worked across Australia, India, and the UK.
I bring warmth, compassion, and a touch of humor to my sessions—because sometimes, a little laughter helps us breathe easier. I aim to be with my clients in navigating emotions while uncovering the patterns of the mind, understanding why they have developed, and building their capacity to build the life they want. I have experience working with clients who needed support with anxiety, stress, self esteem, managing life transitions - BUT my real passion is all about Parenting! Whether it be navigating an emotional fertility journey, wellbeing and balance in the pre and post partum stages, or supporting parents as they navigate stressors and challenges of Early Parenthood.

• Fertility and the Perinatal Journey
Trying to conceive, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum can bring incredible highs and heartbreaking lows. I provide compassionate care through every stage—helping you process identity shifts, manage anxiety, cope with relationship changes, and navigate the emotional impact of reproductive challenges.
• Adults living with allergies or parents of children with allergies
Allergies aren’t just about what’s on your plate—they can touch every part of life, from social plans to family routines and even your emotional wellbeing. I work with clients to ease anxiety about exposure, feel more confident in social situations, and create practical strategies for living fully while staying safe. And if you’ve experienced a severe reaction or that first scary exposure, I’m here to help you process it , rebuild a sense of safety, and move forward with confidence.
• Women in Perimenopause and Menopause
This transition can feel like a rollercoaster—mood changes, sleep disruption, brain fog, and identity shifts are real. I offer validation, practical coping tools, and emotional support so you can feel empowered and understood during this stage of life.
I believe therapy should feel comfortable and accessible. That’s why I welcome Breastfeeding and Babies in arms during sessions—your little one is always welcome. Life doesn’t pause for parenting, and neither should your mental health care.
My Approach
I take a flexible and integrative approach that encompasses the mind-body connection, using different techniques and interventions to suit the needs and preferences for each of my clients. I use a wide range of evidenced-based interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Solution Focussed Therapy and compassion- focused therapy, however I do believe that no "one size fits all" so I use an eclectic approach that is tailored to your need incorporating psychoeducation, narrative counselling , supportive counselling, positive psychology, motivational interviewing, and Mindfulness.
