Hi, I'm Ronny

Create space. Be present. Do what matters. Let’s work together to loosen the grip of what feels heavy, so you can focus on what matters most.

Hi I’m Ronny

Curiosity is one of my most important life values — it shapes the way I approach my role as a psychologist and how I engage with life in general. I bring an open-minded, inquisitive, and reflective approach to my work, always aiming to understand each person’s unique experiences and perspectives.

My journey as a psychologist has included working in forensic settings, private practice, and crisis support. Each of these experiences has shaped the way I connect with people, strengthened my belief in resilience, and deepened my commitment to walking alongside clients as they navigate challenges and create positive change.

My Approach

My approach is non-judgemental, down-to-earth, collaborative, and practical. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and equipped with the tools to move forward in a way that feels meaningful for you.

I work with a range of evidence-based approaches, with a strong foundation in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on building flexibility in how you engage with and manage difficult thoughts and feelings, connecting with your values, and identifying meaningful actions that help create a more meaningful life. Depending on your needs, I may also draw on approaches like EMDR, CBT, DBT, and MI.
