Adam Sadd

Hi, I'm Adam

I am a Registered Psychologist with a broad range of experience working as a Psychologist, Rehabilitation Consultant, Human Resources professional, and in a variety of people management roles. My clients would describe me as relaxed, approachable, and solution focused.

Throughout my career, I have worked in roles where supporting people is my focus. As a Psychologist, I have experience supporting people with a range of different issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment to life changes, persistent pain, communication and relationship issues, and sleeping difficulties. I have also supported people adjust to and recover from both psychological and physical injuries.

I also have experience providing coaching to support people with their careers. The roles I have worked in, have enabled me to work with people from high performing roles and sectors (e.g. law, banking & finance, and professional services), and I understand the unique pressures of working in these types of environments. As a coach, I have worked with those aspiring to work in leadership roles, front line managers, senior managers, business owners and partners.

My Approach

I draw upon my breadth of experience in these different areas when working with clients. I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients through counselling, coaching and supporting them to achieve their personal and professional goals. The approach I like to take in working with clients is one that is focused around an individual’s strengths and one which sees therapy as an opportunity to develop new skills.
