Hi, I'm Adriana

I regard myself as a warm and approachable practitioner who values the unique experience that each individual brings to the various challenges they face in life.

My aim as a practitioner is to provide a safe, secure and supportive therapeutic space to help clients steer through (and sometimes around) these difficulties to realise their potential.

My professional background includes Master degrees in Organisational- and Clinical Psychology with a focus on Positive Psychology practices. Having a keen interest in brain-based therapies and neuropsychology I am also a member of the International Association of Applied Neuroscience.

My career trajectory had seen me working in various facets in both the education- as well as the corporate sector before moving into private practice as general psychologist.

My Approach

I typically work with adults (aged 18-35yrs) who seeks assistance with a range of difficulties such as Adult ADHD, perfectionism, anxiety, procrastination, relationship difficulties, work and/or study stress, burnout and low self esteem.

When working with clients I draw on a range of therapeutic resources and approaches underpinned in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Schema-, interpersonal Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and principles of Neuropsychotherapy.

Drawing on a wide range of therapeutic approaches has been helpful to assist clients gaining not only a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships but feeling supported in their learning and growth process.
