Hi, I'm Alisha

I'm a registered psychologist with a calm and collaborative approach. I'm passionate about supporting people as they navigate life’s challenges and make sense of their experiences in a way that feels meaningful to them.

My background includes work across public hospitals and private mental health clinics. I have experience supporting people with a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, addiction, and chronic illness. I have a special interest in supporting neurodivergent clients.

My Approach

I offer a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and explore what matters most to you. I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), adapting each session to suit each person's unique needs.
