Hi, I'm Bree

I love working with individuals, couples and teens on a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, sexuality/intimacy, gender identity, self-esteem, creativity and life purpose.

I am a registered psychologist with a Masters Degree in Professional Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Sexology.

I've had the pleasure of working with people from diverse backgrounds and a range of community organisations including Sexual Health Headquarters, WA AIDS Council, Women’s Health and Wellbeing Services, and Living Proud (linking LGBT people with mental health support across Australia).

I have a genuine belief in people’s resilience and their capacity to recover and flourish given the right support.

I grew up in Western Australia and love taking my dog to the beach. In my spare time I take the camper van for a spin, tinker away with music and attempt to stay balanced by walking my talk.

My Approach

I use various therapeutic approaches based around the principles of self-compassion and mindfulness and tailored individually to each client. I see the therapeutic process as a unique opportunity to explore and embrace the authentic version of ourselves and believe that developing the practice of self-acceptance/ kindness is fundamental to our growth and change.
