Hi, I'm Bridget

As a Psychologist and Yoga and Meditation Teacher, I believe that living a healthy, meaningful, and fulfilling life should be at the core of human existence. I am passionate about holistic health and love supporting clients to optimise their wellbeing through a wide range of evidence-based body-mind practices.

I understand the courage and bravery it can take to reach out for support. I am committed to providing you with a warm, open, and collaborative space to explore your presenting difficulties and work towards your therapeutic goals.

With extensive experience working alongside young people and adults with a variety of presenting difficulties, I am passionate about helping people realise their potential and achieve vibrant health and wellbeing. My main goal is to educate, support, and empower everyone I work with.

My Approach

My therapeutic intention when working with clients is to provide them with tools to enhance their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. I believe that true wellbeing is only possible when we are linked and connected to our bodies and inner selves. I understand that there is not a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach so therapy is always tailored to your individual and unique needs based on the numerous therapeutic modalities I have trained in.
