Hi, I'm Britta

Finding your footing in today’s world can feel like navigating an unfamiliar, dark forest. Whether you are facing school pressure, work/career stress, or the weight of trying to 'figure it all out,' it is normal to feel lost. In fairy tales, the journey through the woods is where the heroine confronts the unknown. Your current struggles—anxiety, feeling stuck, or being disconnected from your body—are often invitations to begin your own journey of self-discovery. True healing involves more than just talking about your problems. It requires uncovering the deeper patterns and inner archetypes that shape your story. I provide a warm, compassionate space where we bring together Jungian depth psychology, somatic mindfulness, and deep compassion. Together, we will look beneath the surface, calm your nervous system, and work to integrate the different parts of who you are. You do not have to walk this path all by yourself. Reach out today and let’s begin your journey toward feeling whole and grounded.

I am a psychologist dedicated to helping women navigate life’s complex journeys. With seven years of diverse clinical experience, I work with adolescent and adult women. My practice blends ethical standards with a deeply holistic approach. Rather than just talking through challenges, I integrate somatic mindfulness, yoga therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). I also draw inspiration from Jungian and archetypal psychology, helping women understand the deeper patterns and stories shaping their lives. My goal is to provide a safe, collaborative space where you can calm your nervous system and achieve meaningful growth. I am also highly experienced in comprehensive psychological diagnostic assessments, including ASD, ADHD and personality disorders.

My Approach

My holistic approach bridges modern science, somatic wisdom, and depth psychology to heal the whole person. Grounded in evidence-based practices like ACT and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, I help you build practical, purpose-driven coping tools for daily life. Simultaneously, we look beneath the surface. By integrating Compassion-Focused Therapy with yoga and somatic techniques, we calm your nervous system and quiet your inner critic. Finally, drawing from Jungian and archetypal psychology, we explore the deeper stories and unconscious patterns shaping your life.
