Hi! I'm Cher!
I believe that everyone has the capacity to thrive and recover from psychological difficulties. By offering people a safe, non-judgemental space to reflect on and better understand themselves and their needs, I work collaboratively with them to support them in their journey through challenging times.

I aim to provide a warm, empathetic, non-judgemental and safe therapeutic space for people to explore their personal challenges and concerns and am committed to working collaboratively with them on their journey toward growth and transformation.

I work with individuals across the lifespan, including adolescents and adults, as well as people from diverse cultural backgrounds. I work with people experiencing a range of mental health difficulties, including, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, relationship distress, self-esteem issues, stress and burnout.

My Approach

I approach my work in a way that is personable and filled with empathy and compassion. Understanding that each person is unique, I draw upon draw upon a range of evidence-based approaches to assist them to reach their desired outcomes and goals. These include - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Gottman Relationship Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing.
