Hi, I'm Daisy

Are you struggling with issues related to trauma, grief, addiction, anxiety, or major life changes? Sometimes you can be so overwhelmed with stress that you have trouble prioritising your own needs. You don’t know where to start to make things better. There comes a time when help is needed from a certified professional to cope with many of life’s challenges and to provide you with the psychological tools needed to face stressful events. I am here to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. I am committed to helping individuals live their best life.

I completed my PhD in Psychology at Charles Sturt University and a Master of Clinical Psychology. As a mental health professional, I have worked in a variety of settings including private practice, psychiatric hospital, rehabilitation centers, and community mental health centers.

Dedicated to helping individuals achieve their greatest potential, I am a warm and empathic psychologist. Using a collaborative approach, I value building strong therapeutic alliances to support individuals in making meaningful changes to achieve their goals. My primary focus is on adolescents and adults experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, complicated grief, complex trauma (PTSD), phobias, and psychoses. I also have an interest in health psychology and helping people cope with the demands of chronic illness.

My research background is in fathers' perinatal depression, and I am the author of several publications on parenting. My credentials include SIRA WorkCover approval and experience working with injured workers and rehabilitation. In my practice, I utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Trauma Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
