Hi, I'm Donna

I am a Clinical Psychologist passionate about supporting children, adolescents, adults, with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, self-esteem, emotional regulation difficulties and other mental health problems. I use a warm, compassionate, and evidence-based approach, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs. My focus is on helping clients to build resilience, improve wellbeing, and to empower individuals to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

I am a Clinical Psychologist with 30 years of experience working across private practice, community mental health, Indigenous health services, schools, correctional services, and crisis intervention settings. I have extensive experience in supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, and complex psychological presentations.
These days, I provides evidence-based psychological services via telehealth to clients across Australia, including rural and remote communities. My approach is warm, compassionate, and client-centred, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to each individual’s unique needs and circumstances.
Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with high-risk and vulnerable populations, including crisis and acute mental health services, forensic and correctional settings, youth services, and Indigenous social and emotional wellbeing programs as well as mainstream. I am highly skilled in psychological assessment, trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, risk management, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
I am passionate about helping people better understand themselves, strengthen resilience, and develop treatment and practical strategies to improve emotional wellbeing and quality of life.
