Hi, I'm Emily

One of my primary roles in therapy is to help ensure that you feel safe and understood. I provide a non-judgmental and supportive space in which we can gently and sensitively explore and address challenges, emotional pain, interpersonal conflict, and psychologically distressing experiences.

Emily is a clinical psychologist who provides confidential therapy in a safe, caring, and respectful manner. She has practised in both Australia and Hong Kong across counselling centres, non-profit organisations, hospitals, schools, and private practice. With over 10 years of experience, she works with adults from diverse cultural and personal backgrounds, supporting a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, grief and loss, complex trauma, obsessive behaviours, addictions, and issues related to personal growth and life direction.

My Approach

Emily's gentle and supportive approach has helped many individuals find relief from their symptoms and reach a place of genuine and greater well-being. She adopts a client centered, integrated approach to treatment based on psychodynamic, emotion-focused, mindfulness, and cognitive/behavioural theories.
