Hi, I'm Erin

You don't have to keep struggling alone. I'm Erin, a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years' experience helping people navigate grief, trauma, burnout, chronic illness, and life transitions. My work goes beyond coping tools, and I help you explore your inner world to create real, lasting change so you can move forward with clarity and ease.

Have you ever felt like you're doing all the right things, but still feel stuck? Maybe you're exhausted from overthinking, struggling to set boundaries, or carrying grief or trauma that just won't shift.

I'm Erin, and I support people navigating anxiety, burnout, chronic illness, grief, trauma, and life transitions - helping them move beyond coping and into real, lasting change. My philosophy is holistic: I take seriously the connections between mind, body, lifestyle, and even spirituality in overall wellbeing.

Using approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) we'll gently explore the different parts of your inner world, including the patterns, the protective parts, and the wisdom underneath. Our work together is always collaborative, respectful, and tailored to you.

My Approach

My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) - an approach that helps you explore and understand your inner world. Rather than fighting your thoughts or feelings, we get curious about them. What are they protecting? What do they need? This gentle, compassionate process creates space for real insight and lasting change. When you understand what's happening within you, the way you show up in your relationships and the world around you begins to shift too.

I also integrate other therapies such as CBT, ACT Brainspotting, Holistic Health, and Coaching principles where helpful. Everything we do is tailored to you - your pace, your goals, your life.
