Hi, I'm Gemma

I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, safe, and supported.

I bring a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to my practice, with a strong focus on building authentic therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, empathy, and respect.

I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with greater self-understanding, confidence, and self-compassion. I aim to provide a judgement-free environment where you can be your true self and feel supported through whatever you may be facing and create meaningful lasting change.

My Approach

I work collaboratively with adolescents and adults, tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. My practice draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness-based strategies, while remaining flexible and person-centred.
