Hi, I'm Glenn

I am passionate about practical guidance delivered with compassionate support. Life can be challenging, and we all need a judgment-free zone where we can be understood and be our true selves. Let's partner together to bring positive change.

I have 15 year's experience supporting people in the field of mental health, and 13 years working as a psychologist. I've worked in a diverse range of places, including supporting people with Autism Spectrum Disorder, people living with psychosis, working as a school counsellor for a boy's school, coaching and leading teams, supporting young people and their families, and supporting people living with a disability.

My Approach

I love to emphasise the good in every person, and help people identify who they really are. I take the approach of helping people to understand themselves, while removing the barriers they face in their daily lives. I am a firm believer that every person can achieve their potential, we just need to reduce or remove the obstacles they face.
