Hi, I'm Gurvin

I’m a kind and welcoming Psychologist who is passionate about helping people make sense of what they’re going through and feel more like themselves again.

Life can be tough sometimes — whether you're feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or just not quite yourself — you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to listen, educate, empower, and help you work towards the life you want.

My Approach

I aim to bring a warm, present, and empathetic approach to my work, creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. I value open and collaborative relationships, and I welcome ongoing feedback to ensure our work together feels meaningful and helpful.

Together, we'll focus on setting goals that are relevant and realistic, guided by what you identify as most important. I encourage clients to draw on their own strengths and coping strategies, while also offering techniques and ideas from approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-based practices.

It’s not about having all the answers — it’s about working together to figure things out and take meaningful steps forward.

Please note: I do not provide crisis services, court reports, one-off assessments to external services (e.g. medical surgery, family law court, child protection), or services via third party providers.
