Hi, I'm Hannah

I aim to be with my clients in navigating emotions and relationships, while uncovering the patterns of the mind, understanding why they have developed, and building their capacity to build the life they want.

I believe that my role as your psychologist is to witness and hold you in your experience, while helping to navigate difficult emotions and experiences, and building insight into your own patterns of thought and behaviour. I work with the why - why have these patterns developed, why are they continuing, and why do you want things to be different for you. I combine an understanding of body sensations, thoughts, emotions and behaviours.

I have trained and work as a Yoga teacher and mindfulness is a key pillar of my life and work with clients.

My clients have reflected that they enjoy my trustworthy, candid, and compassionate demeanour.

My Approach

I pride myself on building rapport to support both individuals and their families to improve a wide range of psychological concerns and severities. I predominately work with individuals aged 15 to 35.

I work with a mindfulness, attachment and trauma informed approach, predominately combining schema therapy, somatic principles, ACT and CBT principles to inform treatment.

My past experience includes working with children and young adults experiencing enduring and severe mental illness, including complex trauma, low mood and suicidality, behavioural issues, personality vulnerabilities.
