Hi, I'm Harriet

Harriet has training in Health Psychology, Yoga and Mindfulness, and provides individualised counselling. Her personalised consultations are for those who want to feel more connected to their direction in life, to themselves and to others.

Over the past twenty years, she has intensely explored healing, recovery and wellness. She helps people to re-establish unity and balance within their body-mind system, to face their fears and anxiety, and to free themselves from pain and unhealthy habits.

Harriet will help create a safe space for you to explore all aspects of yourself, towards experiencing peace and achieving your dreams. She wishes for everyone to love themselves and feel the vitality in being alive, aligned with their desires and truth.

My Approach

Harriet takes a trauma-informed approach and aims to help people to create a more positive relationship with themselves, and others.

Harriet’s holistic approach encompasses whole being health – mind, body, and heart. Harriet works with people from all walks of life, and has a particular passion for working with young adults, and healthcare workers, who are experiencing distress.
