Hi, I'm Jennifer

I believe we are all unique. Sometimes reaching out and asking for help can be challenging. I provide an environment of trust and compassion, and take a down-to-earth approach to support clients in the most helpful way possible - humour included.

I am a neurodiverse-affirming and trauma-informed psychologist, and Mom of two. I work with adolescents, adults and couples, with different presentations and I utilise different therapies and approaches, to help achieve what you want to, together - collaboration is key. It's also OK not to know what you want. I am passionate about my clients finding meaning in life and discovering who they truly are.

My Approach

I work with you, at your pace, drawing on a range of therapies to help each individual achieve their goals. My down-to-earth approach includes warmth and compassion, humour, a strong focus on living a meaningful life, and just being you.
