Hi, I'm Jessica

I'm a Clinical Psychologist with over 14 years’ experience supporting children, adolescents and adults. I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy in a warm, collaborative environment, helping clients build resilience, improve wellbeing and create meaningful, lasting change.

I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 14 years of experience working across private practice, medical centres and community settings. I have supported people facing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, burnout, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation difficulties, chronic pain and relationship challenges.

I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I aim to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard, respected and understood. My goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship that allows people to explore challenges at their own pace while developing practical skills to improve their wellbeing.

I believe therapy should be collaborative, compassionate and tailored to each individual. Every person brings unique experiences, strengths and goals, and I work alongside my clients to develop meaningful and achievable pathways towards lasting change.

Whether you are navigating a difficult period in life or seeking personal growth, I am committed to providing evidence-based care in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.

My Approach

My approach is warm, collaborative and evidence-based. I draw on therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) informed strategies and trauma-informed practice. Together we identify goals, build practical coping skills and work towards meaningful, sustainable change while ensuring therapy is tailored to each client’s individual needs and strengths
