Hi, I'm Kiera

Hi, I'm Kiera! I'm a registered psychologist who genuinely enjoys getting to know people and understanding what makes them who they are. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, comfortable space where you can be yourself without judgement. My goal is to make you feel supported whilst you make positive changes in your life.

I have always had a genuine interest in understanding people, what makes us think, feel and behave the way we do, and how our experiences shape who we become. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood and supported, particularly during life's more challenging moments.

Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life and across different stages of life. Some of my experience includes supporting children with autism, working with older adults in retirement homes, and providing psychological therapy in both clinical and private practice settings. I also spent time working as a psychologist in Sydney before returning home to Melbourne.

I predominantly work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, relationship and communication difficulties, workplace challenges and personal life stressors. I understand that everyone's circumstances are different, and I tailor my approach to suit each person's individual needs and goals.

My Approach

My therapeutic approach draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other evidence-based strategies. However, I believe that one of the most important parts of therapy is the relationship between the psychologist and client. I'm warm, approachable and down-to-earth, and I want my clients to feel comfortable being themselves.
