Hi, I'm Lisa

Congratulations on making that first step! Reaching out for support is not always easy. We all need help at some point in our lives and I hope I can be there to support you. I enjoy working with both teenagers and adults and am confident I can assist you during this challenging time in your life.

I am a psychologist with over 20 years’ in the field. I have a broad set of skills and experience, having worked in schools, as well as hospital and community settings. I understand the challenges faced by teens and their parents as they navigate their way through adolescence and school, so am able to help with school issues, stress, study, bullying, anxiety, perfectionism, sleep issues, depression and many other adolescent problems. Likewise, I have many years working with adults and understand the many challenges of life. Whether you need help with regulating your emotions (including anger), managing stress, improving communication, building self-esteem, reducing anxiety, or improving your mood, I am confident I can assist you on your journey.

My Approach

I offer a warm, caring and client-centred approach to ensure that we work as a team and address your needs and goals. So if you are looking to make some changes in your life, or have a teenager who is struggling with school or family, or you're a parent who needs support with an adolescent, or you're simply stuck and just not coping, please don't hesitate to reach out. I look forward to working with you.
