Hi, I'm Michelle

I am an empathetic and holistically minded practitioner. I love my job as a psychologist. I see my role as assisting clients to overcome self limiting beliefs and behaviours that can arise from family and societal conditioning and trauma.

I am a Registered Psychologist with experience in a variety of settings including integrative medical practices, private hospitals, and organisations. I have worked extensively with clients experiencing developmental trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, chronic health issues, ADHD, and Austism. I conduct ADHD assessments and Austism screening questionnaires.

My Approach

I have spent the last 15 years looking for the pathways to inner experiences of ease, freedom, and wellbeing. This has lead to learning and implementing cognitive therapies (CBT and ACT) , somatic therapies (Somatic Experiencing), spiritual enquiries, and holistic interventions. Over the last few years I have upskilled in the area of Neurodiversity to assist with assessment and interventions for children and adults with ASD and ADHD.
