Hi, I'm Natalie

I consider it a privilege to listen to and support my clients in their treatment journeys, whether it is in making meaningful change for a tough situation, or in finding closure for a painful chapter.

I completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Psychology and Economics, and have a Master of Psychology (Forensic) degree. I have worked in both public health and private health sectors for fifteen years and am registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Agency (AHPRA) and am a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

My areas of interest in supporting a diverse range of client presentations across the lifespan include: depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, adjustment difficulties, single-episode trauma, developmental trauma, grief and loss, substance abuse, psychotic disorders, postnatal depression, perfectionism, parenting challenges, and interpersonal difficulties.

My Approach

From the initial appointment, I take a non-judgmental approach with each client, as each individual is unique in their life journey and experiences. Once we have developed a mutual understanding of a client's history, concerns and goals, we collaborate to make sense of how we could work together to bring on positive and meaningful change.
