Hi, I'm Natalie

I am a registered psychologist with experience working across multiple age groups on a variety of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, stress and adjustment, trauma, anger management, interpersonal or relationship issues, grief and workplace-related issues.



Growing up within a culture where mental health was highly stigmatised, I am passionate about breaking down those barriers, and creating an understanding and inclusive environment for mental health discussions.

My Approach

I am passionate about providing a compassionate, non-judgmental, and safe environment for clients to share their experiences. I use a client-centered approach and tailor therapy to best suit my client’s individual belief’s, needs and goals, while incorporating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
