Hi, I'm Rachel

Hi, I’m Rachel, a compassionate Psychologist committed to supporting individuals across the lifespan as they navigate a wide range of challenges. I have experience working with Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Trauma and Stressor-Related Disorders, family violence, and physical disabilities, and I bring a comprehensive and thoughtful approach to my practice.

My Approach

I believe strongly in the power of strengths-based intervention plans that are tailored to each person’s unique needs, fostering a sense of empowerment, agency, and growth. At the heart of my work is the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship, built on trust and empathy, is essential for achieving positive outcomes.

Taking a holistic approach, I draw upon a range of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Narrative Therapy, and Therapeutic Life Story Work.
