Hi, I'm Sandro

I help individuals and couples overcome trauma, relationship challenges and support for the LGBTQIA+ community.

I am a Registered Psychologist dedicated to providing a warm, welcoming, and respectful therapeutic space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. I hold a Bachelor of Psychology from Western Sydney University and a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy. My work is grounded in both evidence-based practice and a humanistic approach, with a strong focus on supporting the wellbeing and holistic care of my clients.

I work with individuals and couples experiencing trauma, relationship challenges, and a range of emotional and psychological difficulties. I am also passionate about providing affirming and inclusive support for the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person's unique needs, strengths, values, and life experiences.

My Approach

My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Clinical Hypnotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Schema Therapy. Drawing on these evidence-based and depth-oriented approaches, I support clients in developing greater self-awareness, understanding patterns that may be holding them back, processing difficult experiences, and building the skills needed for meaningful and lasting change.
