Hi, I'm Sarah

I am a friendly and open psychologist with 13 years of clinical experience. I have worked with adolescents and adults across a range of settings including private practice, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), community and corporate settings.

It is important to me that my client's feel comfortable so I provide a safe space for you to talk openly and honestly without being judged.

I understand that accessing a psychologist can be daunting but rest assured I am here to make the process as comfortable and easy as possible. I am adaptable in my approach and want to work in a way that will work best for you.

LGBTQ+ inclusive.

My Approach

I provide individually tailored evidence based approached and strategies to assist clients in gaining personal insights, developing skills to manage their difficulties and to achieve their personal goals. I primarily work within a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework but I also draw on neuropsychotherapy strategies, DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) and Schema Therapy as well as other elements which may be beneficial to the individual.

I have worked with a range of different issues including anxiety, depression, stress, anger, self-esteem, relationships, personal development and psychotic symptoms. I also have skills in psychometric assessments, mental health assessments, mediation, crisis management, and critical incident response.
