Stefano is a psychologist with a Master's of Organisational Psychology and a decade of experience helping people navigate the challenges that arise at the intersection of work and life. His practice is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when insight meets action and that the therapeutic relationship should be both supportive and honest.
Throughout his career, Stefano has worked across various settings, including corporate, clinical, and private practice, supporting individuals and teams in industries such as finance, telecommunications, healthcare, education, government, construction, mining, and retail. He has delivered services through EAP programs, telehealth, and face-to-face sessions, adapting his approach to meet people where they are, whether that's in the office, at home, or somewhere in between.
