Hi, I'm Stefano

Life can feel heavy sometimes, and it helps to have someone in your corner. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself, feel understood, and get practical support to navigate whatever you're going through. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change that feels right for you.

I’m a registered psychologist with close to a decade of experience supporting people through life’s challenges, from workplace stress, anxiety, and depression to relationship issues, life transitions, and working with teens. My background spans EAP, WorkCover, and private practice, and I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and organisations across a wide range of settings.

Before moving into clinical work, I spent 10 years as an organisational psychologist, helping businesses drive behavioural change and build healthier, more effective workplaces. That experience taught me a lot about the pressures people face behind the scenes and how important it is to create space for reflection, growth, and self-understanding.

My Approach

In therapy, I focus on building a strong connection where you feel heard, supported, and able to be yourself. I take an easygoing, down-to-earth approach, using evidence-based modalities like CBT, ACT, IPNB, and motivational interviewing. But more than anything, I listen and tailor our work based on what matters most to you.

Holistic wellbeing is central to how I work. I don’t believe the mind and body are separate, so I consider everything from stress and emotional health to sleep, movement, and lifestyle. My aim is to help you understand what’s going on, reconnect with your strengths, and take meaningful steps toward feeling better.
