Hi, I'm Ursula

I'm a Clinical Psychologist who works with adults seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that shape their lives.

With experience across both public and private mental health settings, I have supported people experiencing a broad range of mental health concerns and life challenges.

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in recurring difficulties—whether in relationships, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, or the way they relate to themselves and others. Together, we explore not only what is happening in the present, but also the emotional and relational patterns that may be contributing to these struggles.

My approach is attachment-based, relational, trauma-informed, and emotionally focused. I believe meaningful and lasting change often comes through developing a deeper understanding of our emotions, underlying needs, relationship patterns, and ways of coping with distress. Therapy offers a space to reflect on your experiences, make sense of longstanding difficulties, and develop a more compassionate understanding of yourself.

I place strong importance on creating a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship where you feel safe to explore openly and honestly. I work collaboratively and tailor therapy to your unique history, circumstances, and goals.

My Approach

While my work is grounded in attachment, relational, and insight-oriented approaches, I also draw on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. I integrate these approaches flexibly depending on your needs, while maintaining a focus on fostering deeper self-understanding and meaningful change.

I work particularly well with people seeking a reflective space to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the challenges they continue to encounter.
