Hi, I'm Ursula

Hi, I'm Ursula

Hi, I’m Ursula. I’m a warm and compassionate Clinical Psychologist with over 5 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults across a broad range of mental health presentations and life challenges.

I work from an attachment-based, trauma-informed lens and place strong importance on creating a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship. I believe therapy is most effective when you feel genuinely comfortable, understood, and able to speak openly without fear of judgement.

Throughout my career, I have worked across both public and private mental health settings with clients experiencing a diverse range of mental health concerns. While I value working with many different presentations, I have a particular interest and experience in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, and challenges navigating life transitions and change.

I feel deeply privileged to do this work and am passionate about helping people develop greater self-understanding, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful and lasting change. My style is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs and goals. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for support through a difficult period, I aim to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

My Approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, empathic, and flexible. I prioritise creating a safe and non-judgemental space where you feel comfortable to share openly and authentically. I take time to understand your story, current challenges, and therapy goals so we can work together toward meaningful and lasting change. I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Attachment and Relationally Informed interventions. I welcome the opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds, identities, and life experiences.
